Our School Day

• At Our Lady of Hartley, Breakfast Club operates from 7:30am to 8:40am and must be booked via your child’s ParentPay account.

• School gates open at 8:40am and close promptly at 8:50am. The morning register will be taken at 8:50am and will be kept open until 9:10am. Any pupils arriving between 8:50am-9:10am must be signed in at the school office by an adult and will be marked as Late on the register. Any pupils arriving after this time must be signed in at the school office by an adult and will be marked as Unauthorised on the register.

• If a pupil is absent, please call 01474 706385 and leave a message on the absence line clearly stating the pupils name, year group and reason for absence. 

• The school day at Our Lady of Hartley ends at 3:20pm. Pupils should be collected from the KS1 playground.

• After School Club is available from 3:20pm to 6:00pm and must be booked via your child’s ParentPay account.
