Welcome to Our Website

Our Lady of Hartley

Last term, we said some very emotional goodbyes to Mrs Baynes.  She was a superb Headteacher who will be missed by the whole school community.  I am sure you will join me in wishing her all the best for the future.

This is the beginning of a new era for Our Lady of Hartley Catholic Primary School and I think we can all look forward to a very bright and exciting future.

I am delighted at the prospect of working in partnership with you, your children and the staff to make this great school even better. Together we can make a positive difference. I have high expectations for the whole community and with your support; I will ensure that the excellent behaviour and academic standards are maintained across the school. I aim to ensure that every child will succeed and thrive whilst reaching their full potential.

In the coming weeks, I will be seeking your views about our school. Your thoughts and opinions are valued as they will help us to determine the development of the school for the benefit of all children. I cannot stress the importance of such positive partnerships.

As a Catholic school, we work with the parents and the parish to help the children grow in faith. I intend to build upon and develop the existing successful home/school/parish links. I trust I can rely upon your continued support in this area.
