It is our aim that all children who attend Our Lady of Hartley School will continue to be given a standard of education that is of the highest quality. We are constantly seeking to develop further, by building on the best practices, accepting challenges and achieving demanding targets. We also wish to ensure that we fulfil our mission as a Catholic school and that the ethos of a loving, caring and well ordered community permeates all that we strive to achieve. Above all, our vision is one of working with parents, parish and the local community to ensure that our children reach their full potential.

Successive OFSTED inspections have acknowledged that pastoral care for all pupils is very strong and the standards they are encouraged to achieve are excellent preparation for secondary school and later life.
